You have secure access to your personal details and details of your pension through Bubble, our online benefits portal. You will have received access details when you started working for Credit Suisse. On Bubble you can look at and update your personal details that are held with Fidelity (the administrator) and make changes to your benefits.
If you update your address and contact details on the Credit Suisse HR system, you also need to update them on Fidelity's PlanViewer website, as this doesn’t happen automatically. Please remember to keep your personal details up to date on PlanViewer, especially your address and other contact details, as Fidelity always need to know how to contact you.
If you haven’t completed an online form for nominating beneficiaries (or you need to update it because your circumstances have changed), you can do this in PlanViewer too.
Visit Bubble through “Pay and Benefits” in MyHR on the Credit Suisse intranet. Go to “Save for the future – Pension” and look for “Your Fund administrator is Fidelity”. This link gives you Single Sign On access (no need for a password) to Fidelity’s PlanViewer website.
You can log on to Bubble from outside the Credit Suisse network at: credit-suisse.tbs.aon.com/logon. You will need your User ID (which is the same as your Credit Suisse Global ID) and your password to log on.
You can also use the Bubble App.
If you have DC benefits (that build up from contributions and investment returns) you have secure access to your personal details and details about your pension through Fidelity's PlanViewer website.
If you’re logging into PlanViewer for the first time, you’ll need your Fidelity reference number which you can find on your annual benefit statement or any letter you’ve received from Fidelity.
You will have received access details from Fidelity, normally within two months of joining Credit Suisse. Contact Fidelity if you don’t have these. Visit the Help and contacts page for their contact details.
If you have DB benefits (based on salary and the length of time you were building up benefits) that are not yet in payment, you can view and update basic personal details and your nomination form and view details of your pension at the date you stopped building up benefits.
You should have received instructions on how to register for the site from Fidelity around the time you stopped building up benefits. Don’t worry if you don’t still have your log in details, you can reset these by accessing the site, where you will be guided through a simple, step by step reset process. If you have any queries regarding the website, please contact Fidelity. Visit the 'Getting in touch' page within the 'Help' section of this website for Fidelity’s contact details.
Please contact the Fund administrators for all other enquiries about your benefits.
If you have DC benefits (that build up from contributions and investment returns), Fidelity PlanViewer has modelling tools that can show what you might get when you retire, based on:
The tools can help you see how changes you make now to your contributions, your retirement age or investment options could affect what you might get when you retire. It’s designed to help you decide whether to change your contribution rate, change your investment choices or choose an earlier, or later, retirement age.
Of course, you won’t actually receive the amounts shown by the tools; the modeller has to use assumptions about things like future investment returns, inflation and the future cost of buying pensions and these are all likely to be different in real life. But it may help to give you an idea of how your retirement savings are progressing.
The tools can be found on the Fidelity PlanViewer home page when you log on at www.planviewer.fidelity.co.uk, and on the “Planning & Guidance” and “Tools & Calculators” tabs. (You can also access them via https://retirement.fidelity.co.uk without the need to log on to your PlanViewer account.)
We have introduced a secure online modeller for people with DB benefits who are over the minimum retirement age (55 for most people). This modeller uses your personal information to show you illustrations of the retirement options available to you inside and outside the Fund.
When you receive a retirement estimate or transfer value, the details will be uploaded to this modeller and you’ll get access to explore your options in more detail online. You can request an up-to-date retirement estimate by contacting Fidelity.
